MEET Jan Werle

I was born into a large Midwest family of a small town where I learned that integrity and ambition were essential to success. When we moved to Idaho and the Treasure Valley, I learned a different culture, still built on the backs of American hard work and ingenuity, but enveloped in the family-oriented migrant and religious cultures. The wonder of a world full of different perspectives later took me to numerous countries for service-oriented projects – all to find that what we all want is the same – dignity, purpose, and a place to call our own. 

My career, in Business Administration of Technology, took me to both public and private, and large and small companies – all wanting service above all else. To meet their needs, I was driven to achieve and excel – to become a Project Management Professional in 2008, running service projects to make the work environment a better place. I have worked projects with teams of many different cultures and phases of life; I welcome the diversity of ideas, skills and ambitions, and perspectives; there is nothing that can’t be accomplished together. My now ambition is real estate. You, your wants and needs, within your budget; that’s the project; that’s the goal. I will partner with you, to inform and guide you into your next investment, your next rental property, or your first home. You will find me in the community working on the next neighborhood impact project or recreating in the outdoors where there’s sunshine, water, mountains, and trails.
